FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES COACHES BREAKFAST

Calling all coaches!

Beginning this March, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be hosting a FREE monthly Coaches Breakfast in Portland. These events are intended for coaches from any sport and at any level in Southern Maine.

It is our aim to provide an environment of community, encouragement, networking, discussion, and training for you, the coach. We understand the challenge that it is to be a coach today and we want nothing more than to support you in your efforts.

At our meetings each month, we plan have a time of teaching and training followed by a time of discussion. We plan to cover topics that range from dealing with parents of players to planning and executing productive practices. We hope to address questions like, “What does the Bible have to say about coaching?” to “How do build unity within my program?”

What is FCA? The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a non-profit sports ministry that has served coaches and athletes all over the world for more than 65 years. It is our vision to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.

At FCA, we believe that the coach is one of the most influential figures in a community. But the question that we are asking is, “Who is investing in our coaches?” This is the goal of FCA: to invest in you. We aim to support, encourage, equip, and inspire you, both on and off the field.
